By entering a username, email, and password on this form and Submitting it, you are entering into a LEGAL AGREEMENT with the owners of this web site, The Real Pictures, and their staff, agents, and associates (hereinafter referred to as The Site):

  1. You are of legal age in your jurisdiction and are able to make legal decisions,
  2. You agree to abide by The Site's rules and regulations, and behave responsibly when or if contacting Models or Artists or The Site's management or agents for any reason,
  3. You agree to hold The Site harmless for any incidental damages or consequences that may arise from your participation in any manner on The Site.
  4. You understand that, as with all Web Applications, access to our server is logged for statistical and fraud-prevention purposes.

In the event that you purchase access to Galleries or Images, you agree that:

  1. You will not distribute the Galleries or Images, in any form, to others.
  2. You will not use the Galleries or Images in any way other than personal viewing. This includes, but is not limited to: commercial exploitation, reselling, use in other projects or artwork, or anything that would cause the Gallery or Images to be visible to others. The only exception to this would be if you were to obtain specific permission from us and the Artist or Model (which we can arrange for you if required).
  3. You will take reasonable precautions to ensure that the Galleries or Images can not be obtained from you, you will not have the Galleries or Images in an area of your computer that can be accessed via filesharing or other similar means, you will not upload them to a Cloud storage device without ensuring your data is secure and private, or that your copy of the Galleries or Images is password protected using reasonable security means. You must have an anti-virus and/or anti-spyware system in place on your computer to ensure others do not have access to your files without you being aware.

In the event that you are registering to also be a Model or Artist, you agree to read the separate agreements carefully and abide by their provisions.
